To be eligible for the 30-day refund/exchange guarantee, your product must meet the following criteria:

- If you decide to use the 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, Guritta will be entitled to claim appropriate compensation for the period during which the goods remain in your possession.
- Your product comes with all the accessories, documents, and gifts (if any) included when you bought it.
- You have proof of purchase (such as a receipt or an invoice).
- You pack your product with all the original equipment.

- Normal wear of the tool, including full or partial depletion of the resource, internal or external contamination, rust, and used lubricant in the gearbox.
